South Dakota Day of Giving is made possible thanks to the generosity of individuals, businesses and foundations interested in rallying our state together to support the work of the nonprofit sector.
The South Dakota Community Foundation has been connecting generous people and charitable nonprofits in the state of South Dakota since 1987. Its purpose is singular—to make South Dakota better for all generations, today and tomorrow. We administer approximately $300 million in assets for more than 850 endowed funds, as well as provide grants and administrative support to nonprofit organizations.
The Bush Foundation invests in great ideas and the people who power them in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share the geography. They work to inspire and support creative problem solving—within and across sectors—to make the region better for everyone.
The Numad Group works with nonprofits committed to making positive change through proactive efforts within their communities. The company applies an innovative approach to elevate the missions of nonprofits—from elementary and secondary schools to colleges and universities, religious organizations, art centers, museums, and other community agencies.
